Your grade for the course will be calculated from a total of 1000 points, awarded as follows:
Ongoing engagement: 35% of your grade
Daily reading responses: 100 points
Engaged participation: 100 points
Weekly blog entries: 150 points
Formal written assignments: 45% of your grade
Gender/sexuality narrative: 150 points
Social movement research: 150 points
Activism/outreach letter: 150 points

Collaborative presentations: 20% of your grade
Myth presentation: 50 points
Final manifesto: 150 points
Rounding of final grades is at the instructor’s discretion.
Ongoing engagement tasks (reading quizzes and blog entries) will be graded by your TAs and formal assignments will be graded by the professor.
